My take away going in to the book study, I would have bet without a doubt that I would be considered a multiplier... The quiz labeled me a accidental diminisher. So I am energized to read this book for a second time and focus on the feedback that was emailed from the quiz.

Chapter 2 gave me another way to think about how to recognize talents in others and utilize them to enhance what we do. It also pointed out the importance of feedback.
